We start with a conversation. I want to understand what the business is like in real life, what customers come to you for and what your current website gets wrong—or simply doesn’t show.

From there, I build the site around the material you already have and help identify what’s missing. You’ll see the actual site while it’s being developed, so feedback is about something real rather than a wireframe or a stack of design jargon.

When it feels right, I handle the details needed to get it live. If you choose Properly Managed, that’s also where the technical side stops being something you have to think about.

You don’t need to prepare a perfect brief or know the right technical words. Bring me the business you already run; we’ll figure out the website from there.

Available with Properly Yours if you want hosting, SSL, backups and technical maintenance handled for you. It is intentionally technical care only; routine content changes and design updates are quoted separately.

Properly Managed stays simple after the initial 12-month term. From there, the service can continue month to month, so you’re not signing up for an open-ended commitment. If your needs change, we can adjust from there.
